ARBOR DAY ACTIVITIES

The Manasquan Shade Tree Commission will be sponsoring activities in observance of Arbor Day.   

On Mon, April 21st, at the Manasquan Public Library, there will be a preschool story hour with stories and crafts for the children.  There will be three sessions: 10:15, 11:00, and 1:00.

An Arbor Day Ceremony and tree planting will take place at the Manasquan Elementary School on Fri, April 25th  at 9:30.  Poster contest winners will be recognized and tree seedlings will be distributed to the children.  There will also be two trees planted on the grounds of Manasquan High School.
