The Borough of Manasquan recently approved the construction of a new beach headquarters to replace the existing 60 year old Eastmond Pavilion building.  Also included is the construction of a new bathroom facility that is currently non-existent at this location.

The beach headquarters will include:

• Administration and Financial operations of the beach
• Beach Badge Sales and Public Information
• First Aid and Emergency Services
• Lifeguard Operations and Services
• Interaction with Police and Beach Patrol services
• Small meeting space for beach committee and tourism commission
• Fully ADA Handicap Accessibility and Up to Date Construction Code Compliance
• New Public Bathrooms currently non-existent at this location
