and cared for by volunteers who are members of the Sea Lavender Club of
Manasquan. The Garden Club's purpose is to beautify Manasquan and to provide

Manasquan Seniors are a group of 60 + men and women living in and around Manasquan.
Manasquan Seniors is an independent arm of the Recreation Commission.
Meetings - 2nd Tuesday of each month 1 PM (unless otherwise changed)
at Manasquan First Aid Building, 65 Broad Street
Entertainment, speakers, snacks, and socialization at each meeting.
Transportation to all events provided, if needed. Call 528-7003
Activities
As a part of the Senior Wellness Program sponsored by the Visiting
Nurse Association of Central N.J., a nurse attends all meetings and
performs health screenings, including blood pressure checks.
Yoga- Every Wednesday at 1:15 PM at Recreation Annex
Flexersize- Every Tuesday at 1:30 PM, and Thursday at 11:30 AM at Recreation Annex,
Atlantic Avenue Low/no impact movement of whole body.
Card Group- Every Wednesday afternoon. Call 732-528-7003 for details and location
Outdoor Shuffleboard- Monday mornings at 10 AM, Curtis Park Weather permitting.
