MANASQUAN BEACH OCEAN RESCUE JUNIOR LIFEGUARD PROGRAM begins.   Participants are taught the basic fundamentals of
Ocean water safety, first aid, fitness and good sportsmanship.   Program Includes potential participation in Regional and National Lifeguard Tournaments.
