Resolution Modifying the Schedule of Meeting Dates and Times During 2008
WHEREAS, the "Open Public Meeting Law", Public Law of 1975, Chapter 231 requires publication and dissemination of public meeting dates of a public body such as the Manasquan Planning Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Board of the Borough of Manasquan as follows:
1. That a special meeting of the Borough of Manasquan Planning Board and a public hearing with respect to a proposed amendment to the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Borough's Master Plan be heard on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, at 4 o'clock p.m. in the Court Room of the Borough Hall.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be disseminated and published according to law within seven (7) days from the date hereof.
The foregoing is a true copy of a Resolution adopted by the Planning Board of the Borough of Manasquan at a regular public meeting held on December 2, 2008.
